Côte d'Ivoire

Côte d'Ivoire named data centres and sovereign cloud as priorities in its March 2025 AI strategy, and Raxio already operates there.

The AI and data governance strategy was announced on 13 March 2025 with a five-year implementation plan, a national AI committee and an AI hub. It prioritises building data centres and sovereign cloud to host national data locally and creates a Safe IA label. Raxio reports operating Tier III capacity in the country.
