Announced in July 2025 with OpenAI as initial customer. The announcement quotes 230 MW of planned capacity and an ambition for 290 MW more but does not say whether this is IT, facility or grid power, so we have left it out of the structured capacity field. We found no 2026 construction status from a primary source.
