- On 11 June 2026 the Espoo environment and building board approved a phase 3 building permit for Microsoft 3465 Finland Oy and allowed work to begin before the permit is final. (source)
- The 2022 town hall summary expected air cooling as the main method and recovery of 70 to 85 per cent of heat for district heating. (source)
- Microsoft said in April 2026 that first-phase construction began in late 2024 and should finish around the turn of 2026 to 2027, with second-phase work starting in 2026 at Espoo, Kirkkonummi and Vihti. (source)
