- The inspector's report records a Gas Networks Ireland confirmation of a 45MW gas connection for the permitted development, and a separately permitted gas-fired plant with an electrical output of up to 125MW.
The modifications were refused on 19 February 2025, but the case description refers to an earlier permitted data centre on the plot (SD21A/0186), so the underlying permission is treated as standing. This was not independently confirmed. The 45MW and 125MW figures are gas connection and generation, not data hall capacity.
